#3: A new group, the Hamilton Electors, are getting attention working on an electoral revolt. They are basing their protest on the fact that, according to Alexander Hamilton writing in the Federalist Papers, the Electoral College is necessary precisely to PREVENT a demagogue from taking office! And Trump certainly fits the definition: a political leader who seeks support by appealing to popular desires and prejudices rather than by using rational argument.
