But now your Blogmistress is back in the saddle again. And... Folks, it's time to Do or Die! Mike watches polls very closely and says most of the battleground states are too close to call. In other words.... THERE IS STILL A GOOD CHANCE OF LEGALLY LOSING THIS THROUGH THE ELECTORAL COLLEGE!! DO YOU UNDERSTAND? IT MIGHT BE ALL OVER ON ELECTION NIGHT, AND NOT IN A GOOD WAY! These are the three things Mike says we should do in this final week: ** PHONE BANKING: CLICK HERE TO CONNECT to a national network for phone banking. Once you sign up, it connects you to locally organized phone banks, if you like feeling a local connection, which I do. I signed up for a 2-hour session every day. I confess don't enjoy phone banking. But I enjoy it more than having Trump for President. I will do a session every day. I'm scheduled today for the afternoon. **CANVASSING: There is actual door-to-door canvassing going on in: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Michigan, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Virginia. Having a meaningful face to face..... I mean mask to mask ...... conversation with a voter.... There is nothing like it. And it is an extremely effective way to influence a voter. I love canvassing. It can be tedious ringing doorbells when no one's home, but it's all worth it for those talks with an actual person standing before you.
